Administration Assistant


About the business:

Wilmour Motors Pty Ltd have been trading for 87 years.

John Seymour (the Managing Director) is very passionate about the motor industry and customer service. Hence our catchphrase “The little dealer with the big heart.”

We sell New Ford vehicles, used vehicles (various brands) and have a very busy service & parts department.

Tasks & responsibilities:

A few of the many tasks you will complete are:
-Answering and directing incoming calls.
-Main reception.  Greeting customers and directing their enquires to the accurate department.
-VicRoads Registrations, transfers etc.
-Data entry. Using Nova Pentana Solutions DMS.
-Receipt and allocation of payments to debtor accounts.
-Input finance applications.
-Word Processing.
-BAS Lodgements.
-Assist Service Department with bookings.

Selection Criteria:

-Experience in an Administrative role would be preferred.
-Proficiency with MS Office suite is beneficial.
-Previous employment in the Automotive industry would be of great benefit.
-Overtime will be occasionally required to cover Administrative Leave.

Job summary
Hours offered are between 15-20 per week to be completed over 2-3 days. Opportunities exist to broaden your knowledge in our dealership.
