Qualified Automotive Motor Mechanic, Apprentice Mechanic – 2nd, 3rd or 4th

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a mechanically skilled Automotive Technician or a 2nd, 3rd, 4th year apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. While experience with European vehicles is preferred, it is not necessary. You will be responsible for performing various mechanical tasks to ensure vehicles operate at peak performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, with a focus on European models.
– Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical issues.
– Utilize mechanical tools to perform repairs and part replacements.
– Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
– Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed.
– Stay updated with the latest automotive repair techniques.
– Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.

**Qualifications:**

– Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
– Proven track record of experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on European vehicles preferred but not necessary.
– 2nd, 3rd, 4th year year apprentice with relevant experience and training.
– Strong mechanical skills and proficiency with repair tools.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
