About the Role…
- Manage the day to day running of the Panel Shop and ensure jobs are finished on time and within quote
- Ensure all vehicle body repairs meet our high standards of quality
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to deliver exceptional results to our clients
- Liaise with insurance companies to enable repairs
- Continuous development and training with the latest trends and technologies

- A passion for vehicle body repair and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage a small team of hard workers
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Demonstrate excellence and efficiency in all tasks
