Join our skilled team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment dedicated to top-quality repairs and restorations. We’re seeking an experienced Panel Beater who can independently handle complex repairs with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction. Contractors are welcome, and this role includes an opportunity to train an apprentice!
Key Responsibilities:
Remove and replace damaged panels and components
Repair damaged body parts using specialized tools and equipment
Cut and join replacement panels
Repair dents, file, grind, and sand surfaces for a smooth finish
Realign body frames using precision measuring systems
Work with both aluminum and steel panels
Train and mentor an apprentice
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in the Automotive (Panel) Industry
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
High level of attention to detail and personal commitment
Customer-focused, with strong teamwork abilities
Excellent verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
