Parts Supervisor

Inverloch Marine is one of the largest Marine retail outlets in South Gippsland and the Bass Coast.  Operating for over 30 years the business sells and markets Australia wide.

We are the Victorian and South Australian distributor of Extreme Boats, New Zealand’s most awarded aluminium boats, Quintrex dealer for South Gippsland and Bass Coast and a franchised Yamaha outboard dealer.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team in the full-time position of Parts Supervisor.

You will support the daily operations of the Parts department by managing stock levels as well as ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction by the timely management of orders.

The role includes:

• Ordering and receiving goods
• Sourcing parts
• Organise awaiting parts and credits
• Generating quotes
• Managing stock levels
• Periodic stocktakes
• Maintaining computer systems
• Supporting internal departments

The successful applicant will possess:

• The ability to efficiently manage day-to-day operations
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Good organisation skills and a willingness to learn
• Excellent computer skills
• The ability to interpret spare parts requirements
• Excellent customer service skills (over the phone and in person)
• Mechanical knowledge (an advantage)
