Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
Hold relevant trade certificates with a proven track record of experience.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
Take ownership and accountability for their role’s responsibilities.
Possess strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Exhibit a keen attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Uphold a clean, professional and safe workplace environment at all times.
Possess a current and valid Australian manual driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting high-quality servicing and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including cars, 4WDs, and light commercial vehicles.
Performing thorough diagnoses of mechanical issues and implementing effective repair solutions.
Tyre fitting.
Overseeing workshop operations in the absence of owners.
Maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment.
Assisting with other activities as needed to support the team and business.
