As a Spare Parts Interpreter, your duties will encompass responding to inquiries, managing inventory, conducting administrative responsibilities, organising the dispatch of customer orders, and parts warranties.

THE ROLE:
Role: Spare Parts Interpreter
Location: Sunshine West
Industry: Automotive
Employment: Permanent Full Time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inventory control and Management for CDS VIC
• Quote parts enquiries and assist service team with service quotes
• Invoicing functions into SAP for both suppliers and customers
• Processing/Shipping daily orders
• Attending to incoming/outgoing goods
• Producing, analysing and providing stock reports and recommendations
• Attending to IROS claims and managing IROS systems and processes
• Front line administration, online, email and phone inquiries
• Picking and packing parts
• Processing part returns/credits

• Hold a current Australian Driver’s license
