Service Advisor/ Workshop Controller

We are currently seeking to employ a suitably qualified Service Advisor/Workshop Controller to join our busy team located in Croydon.

We are a family operated business that strives to provide excellent service in the mechanical industry.  We do Roadworthy checks, log book and basic servicing, Air Con work, Tyres, general mechanical repairs.

The role consists of servicing our customers needs from a first point of contact, online booking in of vehicles using workshop software, controlling workflow, ordering parts and stock control, quoting repairs & services, answering the phone.

The successful applicant will require the following attributes:

·         Must be highly motivated and well presented

·         Be very committed to good customer service & have excellent communication skills

·         Have a good knowledge of computer packages

·         Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

We provide a professional, clean and safe work environment with the latest available equipment.

Trade qualification or very good knowledge of automotive trade would be an advantage. Previous work experience in similar role is essential. Wages above award based on experience and qualifications.
