About AMR Workshop:
Operating for over 8 years, we’re an automotive mechanical repair business that delivers chassis repairs, wheel alignments, component replacement, and more. We work closely with insurance groups and panel repairers to restore vehicles to pre-accident conditions. We’ve got 9 skilled mechanics and 4 dedicated administrative staff that manage over $2 million of parts annually.

What you’ll do?
- Source parts & raise purchase orders with our local suppliers in line with our client’s requirements
- Receive parts and receipt invoices into iBodyShop
- Liaise with suppliers on any stock issues, pricing, ETA’s and more
- Manage returns and credits process with our suppliers
- Source parts and suppliers that will help reduce costs and maximise markup
- Liaise with the team on parts arrival to assist with job allocations and smooth workshop operations
What we’re looking for?
- Experience working in a similar role with strong working knowledge of automotive components
- Prior experience using iBodyShop or a similar program – we will train you!
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Happy to work in a team environment & the willingness to learn
- Drive continuous improvement to assist with workshop flow
- Must be an Australian resident/citizen available to work full time without restrictions with a valid drivers licence
