We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cars, including engine diagnostics, brake systems, transmissions, and electrical components.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical issues and determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
- Performance & Modification experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Valid driver’s license.
