Advanced Service Centre is a leading automotive service provider in the Geelong/Bellarine area. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we specialise in car servicing (light vehicles, 4X4 & commercial vans), new car logbook servicing, repairs and maintenance. We provide top-notch service and foster a supportive learning environment with the opportunity to learn all makes and models of cars not just one (like at a dealership).
Position Overview:
As a mechanic apprentice at Advanced Service Centre, you’ll have the opportunity to learn directly from the owner while gaining hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. From basic services to more complex diagnostic procedures, you’ll learn all the skills to become a thorough and successful light vehicle mechanic.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Perform routine maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- Passion for the industry and a desire to learn
- Commitment to the apprenticeship, including practical studies at TAFE
- Honesty, trustworthiness and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
- All Apprenticeship levels (1st,2nd,3rd & 4th) are welcome to apply
